Frequently asked questions

Private tours from Agadir: your questions answered

Booking, quotes, pickup and what to expect on our private tours.

Booking and prices

Are your tours private or shared?

All our tours are private. The vehicle, the driver and any guide are reserved exclusively for you and your companions. We do not sell group or shared departures.

Why are prices not shown on the website?

A private tour is priced for your group: the number of travellers, the vehicle, the date and the options you choose all make a difference. Send an enquiry and we will reply with a personalised quote, free of charge and without obligation.

How do I book?

Open the tour you are interested in and use the enquiry form, or send a tailor-made request. We reply by email with availability and a quote. Your booking is confirmed only once you have accepted the quote and received our written confirmation.

Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?

No. Sending the form is a request for information and a quote. Nothing is booked until we have confirmed it to you in writing.

How do I pay?

Payment terms are stated in your written quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation conditions are stated in your written quote and booking confirmation. Please read them before accepting.

Pickup and practical information

Where do you pick up?

From hotels, riads and rentals in Agadir and nearby resorts such as Taghazout, Tamraght, Aourir and Anza. Tell us where you are staying when you send your request.

Can you pick us up from a cruise ship or the airport?

Yes, on request. Tell us your arrival details and we will plan accordingly.

Which languages do your drivers speak?

Our drivers usually speak French and English in addition to Arabic and often Amazigh (Berber). If you need a specific language or a licensed guide, mention it in your request.

Are tours suitable for children?

Most of our tours are suitable for families. Tell us the ages of the children so that we can adapt the programme and arrange child seats if needed.

What should I bring?

Comfortable shoes, sun protection, a hat, a refillable water bottle and some cash for meals and small purchases. For mountain and desert trips, bring a warm layer from November to March.

What is the best time of year for excursions from Agadir?

Agadir is pleasant all year. Spring and autumn are ideal for inland trips. Waterfalls and pools are fullest after the winter rains, and summer is very hot in the desert and the Anti-Atlas.

Our tours

What are the best day trips from Agadir?

Paradise Valley and the Imouzzer waterfalls for nature, Taroudant and Tiout for culture and souks, Essaouira for a historic port, Tafraoute for Anti-Atlas scenery, Souss-Massa National Park for birdlife and the Atlantic coast north of Agadir for surf villages and beaches.

Can I visit the Sahara from Agadir?

Yes. Our private 2-day trip reaches the desert near Zagora, and our 4-day tour reaches the high Erg Chebbi dunes at Merzouga. Both start and end in Agadir.

Can a tour be customised?

Yes. Because every tour is private, the stops and timing can be adapted, and we can build a tailor-made itinerary.
