We can adapt this tour or design a private itinerary around your own ideas.

Moroccan cuisine is best understood in the kitchen. During this private cooking class you prepare a typical meal with a local cook: usually a tagine, seasonal Moroccan salads and mint tea, with explanations about spices, techniques and the traditions behind each dish.
Depending on the timing, the class can start with a short visit to a local market to choose the vegetables and spices. The class takes place in a home or partner kitchen in the Agadir area, confirmed when you book, and ends with the meal you have cooked together.
Return transfer from your accommodation in the Agadir area can be included on request. Lunch or dinner sessions are possible.
The class is private: the cook, the kitchen and the meal are reserved for your group only. The menu can be adapted to vegetarian diets and to most allergies if you let us know in advance.
A hands-on session of around three hours in the kitchen, followed by the meal. Everyone in your group takes part at their own level, from chopping vegetables to preparing the spice mixes.
